1 Introduction

Welcome to phsin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phsin ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the phsin website located at https://phsin.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the phsin Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phsin Platform.

phsin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The phsin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phsin will verify your age through KYC documentation and will immediately suspend any account found to be held by an underage individual.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. phsin makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful outside the Philippines. Access to phsin from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk and is not sanctioned by phsin.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one phsin account. Multiple accounts by a single person, whether registered under the same or different identity information, are strictly prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, phsin reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.

2.4 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phsin login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. phsin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

2.5 Account Accuracy. All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the phsin Platform must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3 Account Verification (Know Your Customer)

phsin is required to verify the identity of its registered players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

Accepted forms of identification for KYC purposes include the following Philippine government-issued documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Philippine Passport issued by DFA
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) issued by SSS or GSIS
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

Documents must be clear, legible, valid (not expired), and must show your full legal name, date of birth, and a photograph. phsin may request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method, at its reasonable discretion.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission of complete and satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests will be placed in a pending state until verification is completed. phsin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phsin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment providers where applicable.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phsin currently accepts the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. phsin reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms. phsin does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method held in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. phsin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Transaction Finality. Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited to your phsin account, the transaction cannot be reversed. Completed game wagers are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded following game round completion.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") offered by phsin are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the applicable promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they — or any winnings derived therefrom — may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are stated in full in each promotion's specific terms. Real-money funds in your account are used first; bonus funds are used thereafter.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phsin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any form of collusion with other players for bonus exploitation purposes.

5.4 Expiry. Bonuses expire if the specified wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. phsin will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6 Gameplay Rules & Technical Standards

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phsin Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. Wagers placed constitute acceptance of the applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on phsin utilise certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent third-party testing organisations. Game outcomes are mathematically random and independent of prior results. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over a very large number of game rounds.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — phsin reserves the right to void the affected game round. Interrupted game rounds will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical standards. phsin does not accept liability for losses attributable to user-side technical failures including internet connectivity issues.

6.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. Where a game, bet, or transaction is settled at manifestly incorrect odds or payout rates due to a technical error or human error on the part of phsin, phsin reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the original stake to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phsin Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place wagers
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering
• Using payment methods not held in your own name
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any time
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phsin staff or other platform users
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or another user's account
• Any other activity phsin reasonably determines to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the platform or its users

phsin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all account balances pending investigation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8 Responsible Gaming

phsin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All registered phsin players have access to the following responsible gaming features through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your phsin account.
• Loss Limits: Set thresholds limiting total net losses over a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are temporarily restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your phsin account for a defined period (24 hours, 30 days, or permanently). Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net win/loss status at regular intervals.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phsin Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of phsin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the phsin Platform without prior written consent from phsin.

The phsin brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of any phsin trademark is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phsin excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phsin Platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes, service interruptions, unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security, or actions taken by phsin in enforcement of these Terms.

phsin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to all or part of the Platform. phsin accepts no liability for losses suffered during periods of Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phsin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

phsin applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the phsin Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phsin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phsin will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to registered users via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the revised Terms take effect.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. phsin operates in compliance with applicable online gaming regulations and player protection frameworks.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phsin Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phsin customer support. phsin will use reasonable efforts to address your concern within a reasonable period.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the dispute resolution process as communicated by phsin at the relevant time. Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory consumer rights under applicable Philippine law.
